Two Too Cute

Laura and CJ were caught on camera as they were heading off to a General Relief Society broadcost in Pensacola. Mom was kind enough to let CJ tag along in order to help dad study for his upcoming navigation exam. Before the broadcast the Relief Society sisters were planning on getting together and assembling kits for hurricane victims, as well as having a dinner. I'm sure that CJ will be a big help with putting those kits together!

Gear Up!

Well, after week three of ground training, Clay and the other members of his class, who are all a mixture of Air Force, Navy, and Marine guys, were able to get issued their flight gear, which consists of a whole lot of stuff, such as flight suits, a flight jacket (as seen in the proceeding picture), flight helmet, gloves, boots, wrist watch, stop watch, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Needless to say, Clay was overjoyed when he got the gear, and can't wait for the up and coming time when he can actually start flying.

Ready To Fly-boys!

Right after CJ was born, Char Gardner, a good friend of Laura's back at Unicity (Laura's old job), gave the little guy this cool little flight jacket. When dad got issued one that matched, we had to snap a picture of it!

Home From Church

Here's CJ in his church suit that he got from Grandma Ward. He's 6 months old, but is fitting just right in his 12 month clothes. Apparently he's in the 50th percentile for weight (just right) and in the 75th percentile for height (just enough).

Late Night, Good Looks

After a long day of scrapbooking, helping Clay study for his Aerodynamics exam, and keeping CJ from destroying the house, Laura can still be found at o'dark 30 with a smile on her face.
