When some friends invited us to go with them to see mermaids we said, YES..we are in! At Bass Pro Shop, they have a huge tank filled with fish, sharks, sting rays, and yes, a few times a week there are guest apprearances of Mermaids!! The kids had a fun time waving and saying hi to the mermaid...she even blow a kiss at Preston!!! After we said hello to the fish and mermaid, we had more adventures as we went around Bass Pro Shop...seeing the animals and fish on display, playing with the shooting "Wii" game, trying out every toy gun in the place, Aparri found a fishing back pack that had princesses on it - and she didn't part with it the whole time we were in the store! Later, Aparri even found a pink cowboy hat and pink gun that she was sporting around the place like she owned it!...I don't know what happened to the picture- it was sooo cute...The kids even found a few motorcycles on display that they had to get their pictures taken with! We could have spent the whole day in that store and been completely happy...
This sting ray...was such a flirt! He was smiling and swimming past us the whole time!!
